will certainly keep me quiet for a while :)

Horsing about

After being surrounded by cats, returning to horses is a welcome change ...

Just at the layering up the base colours stage

before 'sculpting' the face

in paint.

Tuxedo and Kilters ready

Today I parcel up two paintings.

Both are cats.

Both black and white.

Respendent in their Tuxedos

and

Kilters

 Kilter? 

Well they are those most wonderful mustaches 

they sport on their furry top lips 

It will be strange not having these two on my desk,

I have been surrounded by cats the last couple of weeks,

oh well, 

will be more than content with my little studio assistant ....

Have fur filled Monday - I know I will be :)

Something about horses

I worked with a girl who said 

that if you could bottle and sell the scent of a sweaty horse, 

your would be set up for life...

I know exactly what she means - 

even now as I type this I can 'mentally enhale the distinctive essence of horses' .....

What a fine mustache you have!
