Off to his new home

Just returned from the Post Office having sent 'Riley' home.
He is a shy and sensitive fellow and hopefully I have managed to capture that in his face.
The day I took these photos, the sun was shining brilliantly and it has 'flattened' out Riley's subtle coffee and cream colouring. 
I shall miss having him watch over me while I paint other dogs, but I am glad he is on his way.

    Bright sunshine is great but it makes taking photos very difficult! I've a poor memory for colours!
